El Chapo loses last minute bid to postpone trial

A U.S. judge on Tuesday turned down a last-ditch effort by accused Mexican drug lord Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman to delay his trial, scheduled to begin next Monday with jury selection in Brooklyn federal court.

GoTrendier raises $3.5 million to take on Spanish-language fashion marketplaces

GoTrendier , a peer-to-peer fashion marketplace operative in Mexico and Colombia, has raised $3.5 million USD to do just that.
